Athens Digital Arts Festival goes on a summer tour which intends to take you on a trip to #PostFuture. After successfully completing its 13th edition at the historic center of Athens (18-21 May / Mitropoleos 23) and awarded in Event Awards 2017 by Boussias Communications with the GOLD prize, category Best in Marketing & Communication and SILVER for the category Thematical Events, ADAF expands its activities, offering to all residents and visitors of Greek Region a unique futuristic experience.
ADAF On Tour 2017 | #PostFuture offers to the public of diverse Greek regions the opportunity to get in touch with the most dynamic forms of contemporary art and culture, thus promoting digital culture through a free, integrated programme.
The journey ADAF On Tour 2017 | #PostFuture begins in July, presenting its programme in a variety of locations in Attica Region and the Argosaronic Islands, featuring the interactive augmented reality installation (AR+) "Prosthetic Reality Book" and a compilation of selected video art screenings under the theme of #PostFuture. During this month the program will travel to Aegina, Lavrio, Elefsina, Rafina and Poros.
Furthermore, this summer, ADAF establishes another great collaboration with Saronic Ferries Consortium and presents the tour’s artistic screenings programme on board, providing the travellers with free access to digital culture. At the same time, ADAF continues the collaboration with theInternational Airport of Athens “Eleftherios Venizelos”, presenting to the visitors the multimedia exhibition PostFuture Journey, until the 23th of July.
The tour continues in August making its first stop in Cephalonia and the renowned music festival, Saristra Festival. For these purposes, ADAF will present #PostEarth, a series of selected video art screenings under the homonym theme, the interactive augmented reality installation "Prosthetic Reality Book" as well as the video installation “The Tide” by Vincent Masson. Finally, our last stop is the island of Tinos, on 18 and 19 August. Emanating from a very strong collaboration with "Kostas Tsoclis Museum" the Festival will have the honor to conduct kids’workshops and screenings (ADAF Kids) together with the interactive augmented reality installation "Prosthetic Reality Book". All the programme is inspired by the vision and work of the great Greek artist Kostas Tsoclis.

Το Διεθνές Φεστιβάλ Ψηφιακών Τεχνών της Ελλάδας, Athens Digital Arts Festival, οργανώνει περιοδεία και ταξιδεύει το κοινό στο “μετα-μέλλον”. Έχοντας ολοκληρώσει τη 13η διοργάνωση στο ιστορικό κέντρο της Αθήνας (18-21 Μαΐου / Μητροπόλεως 23) και έχοντας βραβευθεί με το GOLDβραβείο στην κατηγορία Best in Marketing & Communication και το SILVER στην κατηγορία Thematical Event στα Event Awards 2017 της Boussias Communications, το ADAF επεκτείνει τις δράσεις του, προσφέροντας στους κατοίκους και τους επισκέπτες της Ελληνικής Περιφέρειας μια μοναδική φουτουριστική εμπειρία.
Το ADAF On Tour 2017 | #PostFuture προσφέρει στο κοινό διαφορετικών περιοχών την ευκαιρία να έρθει σε επαφή με τις πιο δυναμικές μορφές σύγχρονης τέχνης και πολιτισμού, αναδεικνύοντας τη ψηφιακή κουλτούρα μέσα από ένα ολοκληρωμένο πρόγραμμα με ελεύθερη είσοδο.
Το ταξίδι του ADAF On Tour 2017 | #PostFuture ξεκινάει τον Ιούλιο, παρουσιάζοντας σε διαφορετικές περιοχές της Περιφέρειας Αττικής και στα νησιά του Αργοσαρωνικού τη διαδραστική εγκατάσταση επαυξημένης πραγματικότητας (AR+) “Prosthetic Reality Book” καθώς και μια συλλογή επιλεγμένων έργων video art και animation με θέμα το #PostFuture. Το πρόγραμμα θα ταξιδέψει στην Αίγινα, στο Λαύριο, στην Ελευσίνα, στη Ραφήνα και στον Πόρο.
Επιπλέον, το ADAF 2017, επιτυγχάνοντας ακόμα μια στρατηγική συνεργασία, παρουσιάζει το πρόγραμμα καλλιτεχνικών προβολών της περιοδείας στον στόλο της Κοινοπραξίας Πλοίων Σαρωνικού (Αίγινα, Αγκίστρι, Μέθανα, Πόρος), με στόχο την ελεύθερη πρόσβαση των ταξιδιωτών στον ψηφιακό πολιτισμό. Παράλληλα, μέχρι τις 23 Ιουλίου το Φεστιβάλ συνεχίζει την πολυμεσική έκθεση #PostFuture Journey σε συνεργασία με τον Διεθνή Αερολιμένα Αθηνών “Ελευθέριος Βενιζέλος”, στο επίπεδο αφίξεων.
Η περιοδεία συνεχίζεται και τον Αύγουστο με πρώτο σταθμό την Κεφαλονιά και το Saristra Festival. Το ADAF για μια ακόμη χρονιά, εξελίσσει τη συνεργασία του με το σημαντικότερο καλλιτεχνικό γεγονός των Ιονίων Νήσων και παρουσιάζει προβολές επιλεγμένων video art με θέμα #PostEarth, τη διαδραστική εγκατάσταση επαυξημένης πραγματικότητας “Prosthetic Reality Book” καθώς και τη video εγκατάσταση “The Tide” του Vincent Masson. Τελευταίος σταθμός του Φεστιβάλ, είναι η Τήνος, στις 18 και 19 Αυγούστου, με μια πολύ δυνατή συνεργασία με το «Μουσείο Κώστα Τσόκλη». Το Φεστιβάλ θα έχει τη τιμή να διεξάγει παιδικά εργαστήρια και προβολές animation για παιδιά (ADAF Kids) και να παρουσιάσει τη διαδραστική AR+ εγκατάσταση “Prosthetic Reality Book”, εμπνευσμένο πάντα από το όραμα και το έργο του μεγάλου Έλληνα καλλιτέχνη, Κώστα Τσόκλη.
